Photograph of Nguyễn Văn Đốc, a former Lieutenant and Chief of Psychological Operations at Saigon City Hall before 1975. After the fall of Saigon, he was imprisoned for more than five years in various "reeducation camps," including Thành Ông Năm, Long Giao and Suối Máu.
