Mass linens depart from Vietnam
Mass linens brought from Vietnam to the United States by Monsignor Joseph Nguyễn Đức Minh when he traveled to study abroad
Part of a religious set for Catholic mass service that Fr. Joseph Nguyễn Đức Minh brought to the U.S. with him when he left to study abroad in 1964. After his graduation from St. John’s University in New York City, where he earned a Doctorate in Scientific Philosophy in 1968, he stayed in the U.S. because of the ongoing war in Vietnam. He kept this set until he donated it to the VHM.
