This ODP card belonged to Mr. Phạm Văn Loa. After 1954, he served with the South Vietnamese military in Đà Nẵng, where he was assigned to Division II. Around 1960, he moved to Quy Nhơn and later served as medical staff for the army until 1975. Following the fall of South Vietnam, he spent seven days in a re-education camp. In March 1975, his family relocated to Saigon, where he worked as a rickshaw puller until his family immigrated to the United States in 1989 through the ODP.
